*The 2023 Average Gross Revenue for Company-Owned Centers was $902,442 which demonstrates the financial performance for fiscal year 2023 at 42 of the Company-Owned Centers that our affiliates owned and operated that had revenue for every month for the calendar year 2023 and meet our recommended square footage of at least 2,000 sq ft. as of December 31, 2023 (“2023 Centers”).The 2023 Average Gross Revenue for all 2023 Participating Franchisees was $756,043. The financial performance information was collected from 76 franchisees that operated one or more FYZICAL Centers for the full 2023 calendar year and reported revenue for all 12 months of the 2023 calendar year.
