*In 2025, the Average Gross Revenue for Qualifying Company-Owned Centers was $984,482 and for the Qualifying Franchisee-Owned Centers was $522,212. Qualifying Company-Owned Centers means 48 out of 50 FYZICAL centers that are owned by us or our affiliates that were open through out 2025. Qualifying Franchisee-Owned Centers means 286 out of 489 franchisee-owned FYZICAL Centers that were open throughout 2025, and that reported revenue to us for the entire fiscal year 2025. Please refer to Item 19 of the 2026 FDD dated April 30, 2026, for more information regarding the financial performance of the Qualifying Company-Owned Centers and Qualifying Franchisee-Owned Centers.
