Overview
Looking to take control of your future and make an impact in your community? A single-unit franchise lets you own one clinic and tap into FYZICAL’s powerful systems, support, and brand.
Location
Franchise owners should live within about 30 minutes of their clinic to stay hands-on and connected to the community.
Funding

SBA Loans: FYZICAL supports franchisees in securing Small Business Administration (SBA) loans. Applicants should have approximately $225,000 in non-borrowed funds to cover initial expenses and provide a financial cushion during the startup phase.

Personal Capital: Utilizing personal savings, retirement funds (e.g., ROBS programs), or home equity lines of credit.

FYZICAL Funding Support: Access resources and guidance through FYZICAL's Funding Support page, including a detailed investment breakdown and funding guide.

Responsibilities
  • Real estate selection to secure an optimal clinic location.
  • Identifying a general contractor to assist with build-out and design.
  • Pre-opening setup, including IT infrastructure, billing partnerships, marketing strategies, liaison programs, and community outreach.
  • Recruiting, training, credentialing, and managing staff, including physical therapists, therapy assistants, marketing professionals, and administrative personnel.
  • Overseeing daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in patient care.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and the FYZICAL franchise agreement.

Overview
Want to lead at the highest level? As a Master Franchisee, you’ll control a large territory, open your own clinics, and bring others into the FYZICAL network—earning a portion of their fees and royalties as you grow a regional empire. Success starts with a deep understanding of the market.
Location
Franchisees can live a short flight away of their clinics to stay closely connected and effectively manage operations.
Funding

A minimum of $500,000 in liquid assets is mandatory. This investment must be self-funded; loans are not permitted for this opportunity.

Funding Options:

  • Personal Capital: Utilization of personal savings or assets. 

Responsibilities
  • Solicit and screen prospective FYZICAL franchisees
  • Fulfill your development schedule, either through self-developing or accepting organic and/or broker leads. If you are accepting leads, perform marketing initiatives in your region to attract potential franchisees.
  • Encourage FYZICAL HQ initiatives, including but not limited to: annual completion of the Brand Excellence Review, utilization of the Accounting Portal, champion the development and participation in a Marketing Co-Op. If you operate clinics, ensure that those clinics follow brand standards and are a reflection of the ten-point management system.
  • Attend FYZICAL Orientation at HQ, ideally within 30 days of AR agreement. Attend FYZICAL Lab 30-60 days prior first clinic opening if applicable.
  • Attend all company meetings (Regional Conferences, Brand Triumph, etc.) and encourage those in your territory to do the same.
